Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of FuzonTech POS (the “Service”), a point-of-sale and shop-management service for sweet shops, namkeen stores, bakeries and similar businesses. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
Your account
Whoever creates a shop becomes its administrator. You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your shop’s accounts, including the accounts of staff you add. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission.
Free trial and plans
New shops start with a free trial, and no payment card is needed to begin. When the trial ends you can choose a paid plan. Plan prices, limits and included features are shown in your account when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and we do not store your card details.
Your responsibility for tax and labelling
The Service gives you tools to record sales, apply the tax rates you configure and print product labels. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — prices, HSN codes, tax rates, FSSAI licence numbers, ingredients, allergen and nutrition details — and for complying with the GST, food-safety, labelling, consumer-protection and other laws that apply to your business. The Service does not provide legal, tax or regulatory advice, and what it produces is not a compliance certification.
Your data
You own the data you put into the Service: your products, invoices, customers and staff records. You allow us to process it only to provide, secure and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to record your customers’ personal details in the Service.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service unlawfully or to harm others.
- Do not try to access another shop’s data, probe or disrupt the Service, or get around its limits.
- Do not create several trial shops to avoid paying for a plan.
- Do not copy, resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features, and will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect you.
Suspension and ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your shop (see the Privacy Policy for how deletion works). We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if a payment is overdue after reasonable notice, or where needed to protect the Service or other users.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and if you keep using the Service after a change you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
