Made for your shop

Set up for the kind of shop you run

Choose your kind of business when you sign up. Your shop starts out ready for it, and you can change any of it.

  • Categories that fit

Starter categories for your kind of shop, and a ready-made catalogue to import from.

  • A suggested GST rate

Shown with the reason, for you to confirm. Nothing is switched on behind your back.

  • A bill that suits it

A bill layout chosen for your kind of shop, and a kitchen slip for the kitchens.

  • Only what you need

A shop with nothing to prepare starts without counters or token slips to set up.

Sweet shops, bakeries and food retail

Mithai, bakery, namkeen, dairy and dry fruits, sold by weight or by the piece.

Cafes and food counters

Counter service for drinks, snacks and quick meals.

Restaurants and cloud kitchens

Dine-in with tables, or delivery-only from a kitchen.

Grocery and general stores

Kirana, fruit and vegetables and general stores: barcodes, weighing and supplier bills.

Counter billing

Fast at the counter, even in the rush

Loose items by weight, packed items by the piece, dishes by the plate: a queue in front of you and the tax paperwork behind.

  • By weight, piece or plate

Tap a product tile, enter the weight or the count, and the bill is ready. Kilo, gram, litre, piece, plate, cup, dozen and more — and photos on the tiles keep a busy counter fast.

  • Sizes and add-ons

Small, Medium or Large, each with its own price, plus add-ons like extra cheese or less sugar. An item with no options still adds in one tap.

  • Discounts and split payments

Percent or flat discounts, and one bill split across Cash, UPI, Card or any payment type you add.

  • Barcode scanning

Scan packaged items to add them to the bill, alongside the items you sell loose.

  • Park a bill, reprint any bill

Set a bill aside to serve the next customer, and search past bills to reprint any of them.

  • Returns with GST credit notes

Take an item back and the return creates a credit note against the original bill, with the tax reversed in step.

  • Customers, loyalty and credit

Keep customer records, reward repeat buyers with loyalty points, and run credit (udhaar) sales with limits.

  • Keeps billing if the internet drops

If the connection drops mid-shift, sales are saved on the till and sent automatically when it returns.

  • Count the drawer at the end of the shift

Start the shift with a cash float and count the drawer at close: it shows what the drawer should hold and any difference.

Bills and receipts

Bills your customers can read

Every bill carries the tax lines GST asks for and a way to pay on the spot — in the script your customer reads.

  • CGST and SGST lines on every bill, with your GSTIN
  • A UPI QR code so customers can pay straight from the bill
  • Item names in your customer’s language — ten scripts supported
  • Over a dozen bill layouts, from Sweet Shop Classic and Bakery Special to Cafe Modern and Restaurant Style — a new shop starts on one chosen for its kind
  • Token slips in 58 mm and 80 mm sizes for the counter
  • A table’s bill shows its service charge and any tip

Cafes, restaurants and cloud kitchens

From the table to the kitchen to the bill

Captains open a table on their phone and add dishes. One tap sends what is new to each station, and a live board shows the kitchen what to cook.

  • A floor of tables: tap one to open its order, and two captains on the same table share the same order
  • Send to kitchen in rounds: each station gets its own slip, and a second round sends only the new dishes
  • A live kitchen board with New, Preparing and Ready columns and a waiting time on every ticket
  • Take back a dish that was already sent and the kitchen is told: a cancel slip prints and the ticket shows it struck through. Only staff with that permission can do it
  • Sizes and add-ons for any dish, such as Half or Full and extra cheese, each with its own price
  • One bill per table, with an optional service charge that is taxed with the bill, and tips recorded apart from your sales

Phone and online orders in one inbox

Type in an order taken by phone, or have your own website send orders in. Accept one and its bill and kitchen slips follow. It is an inbox for orders, not a direct connection to food-delivery apps.

Slips print on your thermal printer through the Windows app. Table service starts switched on for restaurants, and any other shop can switch it on in Settings. The picture is an illustration with made-up orders.

FSSAI labels

Print FSSAI-format labels in one click

Pick a layout and the label fills itself from your product — no more hand-typing nutrition tables onto every box.

  • Nutrition table per 100 g and per serve, with ingredients, allergens and the veg / non-veg symbol
  • FSSAI licence number, batch, manufacture and best-before dates, MRP and manufacturer address
  • Ten layouts: weighed counter packs, narrow mithai-box side panels, gift hampers, English + Hindi bilingual panels and more
  • Standard thermal-roll label sizes, so it works with the printers shops already buy

Layouts are built around the FSSAI Labelling and Display Regulations, 2020. They help you declare the required details; they are not a compliance certification, so have your consultant check your labels. The sample label shown uses placeholder values. Label printing is available as an add-on.

Behind the counter

Run the shop, not the paperwork

From the first bill of the day to the end-of-day report, and the suppliers and staff in between.

  • GST reports

An invoice register and GST-wise sales reports, with B2B sales split out by customer GSTIN. Credit notes and any table service charge get their own sections.

  • The day at a glance

Sales by hour, payment mix and top products — so you know what moved and when.

  • Suppliers and purchases

Record supplier bills, receive stock, and see which bills are paid, part paid or still owed. It starts on for restaurants, cloud kitchens and general retail; any other shop can switch it on.

  • Staff roles

Admin, Manager, Cashier and Captain roles with permissions, and every bill records who rang it up.

  • Switch on only what you use

Kitchen tickets, table service, online orders, purchases and counters are modules. Switch each on or off in Settings: what you switch off is hidden, not deleted.

  • Your data stays yours

Each shop’s data is kept separate. Ask us to delete your shop and it is scheduled with a 90-day grace period.

Getting started

Up and running in three steps

  1. Create your shop and pick its kind

  2. Confirm your tax and add your items

Check the suggested GST rate, then import from the ready-made catalogue during setup, or upload your own list from a CSV or Excel file — and add names in your languages.

  3. Start billing

Open the counter screen, tap products (or open a table), take payment and print the bill.

FAQ

Questions shop owners ask

Which kinds of shop is it for?

Sweet shops, bakeries, namkeen, dairy and dry-fruit shops, cafes, fast-food and chaat counters, tea and juice shops, restaurants, cloud kitchens, kirana and grocery stores, fruit and vegetable shops, and general or stationery stores. Choose yours when you sign up and the shop starts with matching categories, a bill layout and a suggested GST rate.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. Create your shop and use the free trial without entering any card details.

Does it work for restaurants and cafes?

Yes. Captains can open a table and add to its order on a phone, send each round to the kitchen, and the kitchen works from a live board and printed slips. Dishes can have sizes and add-ons, and a table’s bill can carry a service charge and a tip. Table service starts switched on for restaurants; any other shop can switch it on in Settings.

Can I take phone and online orders?

Yes, through an orders inbox: your staff can type in an order taken by phone, or your own website can send orders in. Accepting an order makes the bill and the kitchen slips. It is not a direct connection to food-delivery apps.

Do I need counters, tokens or a kitchen to use it?

No. A shop with nothing to prepare, such as a kirana or a fruit and vegetable shop, starts without counters or token slips and prints just the bill. Kitchen tickets, table service, online orders, purchases and counters are modules you can switch on or off in Settings.

Which GST rate will it charge?

The one you set. Your kind of shop starts with a suggested rate and the reason for it, which you confirm during setup or later in Settings. Rates change, and one rate applies to a whole bill, so a shop that sells items at different rates should choose the rate that fits most of its sales and check it with its accountant.

Which languages are supported?

English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi and Odia — for screens, product names and printed bills.

Can it print FSSAI labels with nutrition facts?

Yes. Pick one of ten label layouts and it fills in the product’s ingredients, allergens, nutrition per 100 g and per serve, batch and best-before dates, your FSSAI licence number and the MRP. Label printing is available as an add-on.

Will this make my invoices and labels GST and FSSAI compliant?

FuzonTech POS helps you capture and print the details these rules ask for — HSN codes, tax rates, your FSSAI licence number, ingredients, allergens and nutrition values. It is not a compliance certification, so have your labels and invoices reviewed by your own consultant before you rely on them.

What happens if my internet drops while I’m billing?

Sales you ring up are saved on the till and sent automatically once the connection is back. The till needs to be open and signed in when the connection drops, because the app loads over the internet.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in any modern browser. FuzonTech POS also comes as a Windows desktop app for counter billing with local thermal printing of bills, token slips and kitchen slips.

Can my staff have their own logins?

Yes. Add Admin, Manager, Cashier and Captain users (captains are for taking table orders); each role only sees what it is allowed to do, and every bill records who rang it up.

Can I have my data deleted?

Yes. Ask us to delete your shop and the deletion is scheduled with a 90-day grace period. After that, staff and customer personal details are erased or anonymised. Invoices are kept in anonymised form for your accounting records.

How do I get help?

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 88288 28869 (opens in a new tab) or email us at info@digiternity.in and we will get back to you.
